Harvard’s Graduate School Of Design Calls On Formaspace

As is so often the case, one project leads to another. Harvard wanted to renovate the interior studio space of its iconic Gund Hall on the Cambridge campus, and they wanted Formaspace to assist with updated furnishings.

After decades of use, the individual studio work areas at Gund Hall (dubbed the “trays”) were in need of a major refresh. Harvard commissioned Formaspace to create and install new furniture — right down to replacing all 160 of the original metal “spines” that anchor the worksurfaces and panels to the floor.
